Ingredients
  

  • 1 containe Kroger Labeled Smoked Salmon Dip
  • 1 Tablespoon White wine
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 Salmon filets barbequed, baked or pan seared

Instructions
 

  • Stir white wine and melted butter into the container of Kroger Labeled Smoked Salmon Dip and spread over salmon 5 minutes before taking off of the grill or out of the oven/pan. Also works great with Kroger Labeled Southern Crab Dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 - 1 cup Cornet Bay Cherry Balsamic Sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Lightly salt and pepper the chicken breast.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken, approximately 3-5 minutes per side on medium heat.
  • Add the chicken broth and reduce heat and simmer (covered) for 10 minutes.
  • Then add the Cornet Bay Cherry Balsamic Sauce and continue cooking (covered) for another 5-8 minutes. Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 180°.

Notes

* The cooking times will vary based on the thickness of the chicken breasts. Chicken tenders take less time than a chicken breast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 lb. large shrimp peeled deveined
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornet Bay Stout N’ Sassy Mustard
  • 2/3 cup diagonally cut green onions
  • 1 cup diced mango 1 medium
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add shrimp to pan, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add mustard to pan; sauté for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in onions and cook for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and stir in diced mango. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lemon wedges over rice or orzo.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon butter w/olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 1 lb. beef stir-fry strips*
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • ½ cup Cornet Bay Sesame Ginger Sauce
  • 1 14-to-15 oz. can baby corn drained, cuthalf,
  • Cooked noodles or rice

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter with olive oil in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add beef strips; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned (5 to 6 minutes).
  • Add broccoli, Cornet Bay Sesame Ginger Sauce and baby corn. Cook; stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisply tender (3 to 4 minutes).
  • Serve over rice or noodles.

Notes

*If precut beef stir fry strips are not available; use a piece of beef top round steak and thinly slice the meat across the grain into bite-size strips. Partially freezing the meat, about 20 minutes, before cutting will make it easier to slice into thin strips.

Sesame Ginger Acorn Squash-Stuffed

Ingredients
  

  • 1 in small Acorn squash cook in microwave
  • 1/2 lb. Skinless chicken breast*
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Red bell pepper finely diced
  • ½ cup Diced tomatoes fresh or canned
  • ½ - ¾ cup Cornet Bay Sesame Ginger Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Squash: Cut squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes. Place cut side down in a baking dish with a little water. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave 10 minutes.
  • Stuffing: Heat oil in a frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring, until meat is no longer pink. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes; cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. Add Cornet Bay Sesame Ginger Sauce and bring to a slow boil. Return chicken to pan and reduce heat and simmer until heated through.
  • Place squash in individual bowls and fill with chicken mixture. Top with yogurt if desired. (You may want to use a spoon to make sure you can eat the squash without tearing.)

Notes

*Also works well with beef or pork. (Leftover poultry or meat can be used; add after the sauce has been added and heat through).

Raspberry Chipotle Salmon on Cedar Plank

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8 oz. salmon fillets
  • ¼ cup Cornet Bay Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
  • Cedar Cooking Plank

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the salmon for 30 minutes to 1 hour in refrigerator.
  • Soak cedar plank for a minimum of 30 minutes. Preheat grill or oven to 375°. Place the marinated salmon on the plank (skin side down). Place in oven or grill (over indirect heat) and cook for 14-18 minutes. DO NOT FLIP FISH!
