Honey Dijon Pork Chops
- 4 1 ½ inch thick pork chops bone-in
- 1 large shallot chopped
- Olive Oil
- ½ cup Cornet Bay Honey Dijon Sauce
- In a saucepan, sauté the shallots in a small amount of olive oil; add the Cornet Bay Honey Dijon Sauce and simmer until heated through.
- Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Coat the pork chops with the olive oil and season liberally with salt and pepper. Grill the chops, turning occasionally, until cooked through (12-15 minutes), basting liberally with the heated Cornet Bay Honey Dijon Sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Pour the remaining sauce over the pork chops to serve.
