Hot Potato Casserole
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 medium green peppers
- 1 bunch green onions no tops
- 3/4 lb. Velvetta Cheese
- 1 teaspoon CORNET BAY – JOANNE’S SPECIAL SEASONING
- Cook the potatoes in jacket, cool, peel, and cube. Cube peppers, onion, and cheese; add seasoning. Toss all and put in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Brown 4-5 slices of bacon; crumble and sprinkle over top.
