Heat a grill pan or griddle over medium-high heat. Coat the pork chops with the olive oil and season liberally with salt and pepper. Grill the chops, turning occasionally, until cooked through (12-15 minutes), basting liberally with the heated Cornet Bay Honey Dijon Sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Pour the remaining sauce over the pork chops to serve.
