Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Form mixture by hand into meatballs. Heat 1 tsp. olive oil and 1 Tbsp. butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook, turning constantly for about 20 minutes.
