Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine the first 7 dry ingredients. Combine the eggs, buttermilk, oil and Cornet Bay Honey Dijon Sauce. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in the ham. Fill greased muffin cup ¾ full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire rack. Yield-12-14 muffins.
