Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces of cream cheese spread
  • 2 Tablespoons half-and-half cream
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Cornet Bay Garlic Pepper*
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk cream cheese and cream until smooth. Beat in the eggs, Parmesan cheese and Cornet Bay Garlic Pepper.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter; add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Notes

You can substitute with your favorite Cornet Bay Seasoning to provide a slightly different flavor profile.

  • 48 oz. vegetable tomato juice
  • 4 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Cornet Bay LA Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Cornet Bay Gourmet Pepper Sauce
  • Vodka optional
  • 1 celery stalk for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix first 7 ingredients together well & chill. When ready to serve, pour over 6 oz ice, and add a 2 oz of vodka.

Egg & Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon Cornet Bay – All Around Seasoning Hot or Mild
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Press the crescent dinner rolls into a 9” x 13” ungreased pan. Brown sausage in a skillet; drain on paper towels. Sprinkle sausage over crescent dinner rolls.
  • Mix 8 eggs in a bowl & stir in 1 cup milk and ¼ teaspoon Cornet Bay – All Around Seasoning (Hot or Mild). Pour egg mixture over the sausage and sprinkle with 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle an additional ¼ teaspoon of seasoning on top to add flavor and color. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes; until firm in the middle.

Bourbon Glazed Salmon

  • 1/3 cup Cornet Bay Sweet Bourbon Sauce
  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets skinless

Instructions
 

  • Pour the bourbon sauce in a shallow dish or zip lock bag.  Add the salmon, seal or cover and marinade in refrigerator for 1 ½ hours (turning occasionally).
    Heat a non-stick skillet over med-high heat.  Coat with cooking spray.  Add the salmon and marinade to the pan.  Cook the salmon for 4 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork.    Drizzle bourbon sauce over top and serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 lb. peeled deveined large shrimp
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornet Bay Stout N’ Sassy Mustard
  • 2/3 cup diagonally cut green onions
  • 1 cup diced mango 1 medium 1 medium
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 4 lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add shrimp to pan, sauté for 1 minute.
    Add mustard to pan; sauté for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Stir in onions and cook for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and stir in diced mango.
    Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lemon wedges over rice or orzo.

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium green peppers
  • 1 bunch green onions no tops
  • 3/4 lb. Velvetta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon CORNET BAY – JOANNE’S SPECIAL SEASONING

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potatoes in jacket, cool, peel, and cube. Cube peppers, onion, and cheese; add seasoning. Toss all and put in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Brown 4-5 slices of bacon; crumble and sprinkle over top.

  • 2 lbs. cubed white potatoes cc
  • 12 oz. Andouille sausage sliced
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornet Bay Cajun Style Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Cornet Bay Garlic Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place the potatoes, sausage, and green pepper into a high-sided roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the seasonings and toss again to coat. Roast in preheated oven until the potatoes are tender and beginning to turn golden brown; 45 minutes to 1 hour. Stir occasionally during roasting.

  • Mix and match any combination for a different sandwich wrap or fun appetizer. Spread whole tortilla with mayo, cream cheese or yogurt, add three slices of meat, and add the cheese. In a bowl, toss lettuce and other vegetables in Cornet Bay Sauce of choice. Place vegetables on the upper half of the tortilla and roll down towards yourself. Keep the seam down and slice for serving. Insert toothpicks for appetizers.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large large red onions
  • ½ – ¾ cup Cornet Bay Cherry Balsamic Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons pine nuts lightly roasted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cut the onions in half from root to tip (remove outer skin). In a bowl, coat onions with the Cherry Balsamic Sauce. Lay cut-side down in a lightly oiled baking pan.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes and remove pan from the oven; turn onions cut-side up. Pour more Cherry Balsamic Sauce over onions and return to the oven. Cook for another 25-30 minutes until onions are glazed and caramelized.
  • Remove to serving platter and drizzle with Cherry Balsamic Sauce and top with lightly toasted pine nuts. (Do not reuse the sauce from the baking pan as it “may” have a slightly burnt taste). Serve warm as a side dish with your favorite steak, pork chop, or grilled chicken. The onions can also be served cold on a leaf lettuce salad.

  • 4 yellow squash sliced
  • 4 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup dCornet Bay Honey Dijon Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a 1 quart casserole dish. Alternate the slices of squash and tomatoes in the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with the green onions. Cover the vegetables with Cornet Bay Honey Dijon Sauce and bake 15 minutes or until the squash is tender. Cool slightly before serving. Great as a side dish or served over pasta.
