Smoked Salmon Pasta
2 Tablespoons Butter
¼ Cup Chopped White Onion
4-6 Sliced Mushrooms
2 Teaspoons Cornet Bay All-Around Seasoning (Hot or Mild)
1 Teaspoon Garlic
1 Can Cornet Bay Smoked Salmon (Any Flavor)
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ to ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Servings of Cooked Pasta


Saute onions and mushrooms in butter with the Cornet Bay Seasoning and garlic until onions become soft. Drain and flake Cornet Bay Smoked Salmon and add to the mixture. Slowly add heavy whipping cream and bring to a rapid boil and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until mixture becomes thick.

Pour over cooked pasta and garnish with either Cornet Bay Seasoning (Hot or Mild).
