Stir-Fry Chicken Fajitas
4 Boneless, Skinned Chicken Breat Halves, Cut into Thin Strips
4-Tablespoons Cornet Bay Gourmet Louisiana Pepper Sauce
1-Tablespoon Olive Oil
1-Small Mild Onion, Sliced, Separated into Rings
1 Small Green Pepper, Sliced in Strips
1 Small Red Pepper, Sliced in Strips
1 Small Yellow Pepper, Sliced in Strips
1 Cup Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Cornet Bay All-Around Seasoning- Hot or Mild
1 Package 8" Flour Tortillas

Combine chicken strips and Cornet Bay Gourmet Louisiana Pepper Sauce and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil and saute chicken strips and onions for at least two minutes. Add pepper strips and mushrooms; cook and stir until chicken is done and peppers are tender. Stir in Cornet Bay All-Around Seasoning-Hot or Mild and serve mixture inside warmed tortillas.
