Chicken Corn Chowder
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1-Tablespoon Butter, Melted
1-Tablespoon Cornet Bay Mild Seasoning
2 (6 ¾ oz.) Cans Chunk White Chicken, Drained
1 (17 oz.) Can Cream-style Corn
1 (14 ½ oz.) Can Chicken Broth
1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
1 Cup Whipping Cream
Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Cornet Bay Gourmet Louisiana Pepper Sauce

Sauté onion in butter in a heavy pot over low heat until tender. Add Cornet Bay Mild Seasoning, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often.

Add a few drops of Cornet Bay Louisiana Pepper Sauce and parmesan cheese right before serving for an added treat.
